Advisory Board
Mr. Q. Hu has more than 20 years of work experience in semiconductor component distribution and integrated solutions. He is a founder and CEO of the public company of YITOA.
Mr. Y. Chang has rich implementation experience in semiconductor manufacturing production lines and process technology transfer. He has experienced outstanding success in merges, divisions, transfers and equity debt type investments in semiconductor companies. He has been in the field for almost 30 years.
Mr. Shimamura is a senior expert and has served in semiconductor manufacturing for more than 20 years.
Mr. M. Weng has more than 20 years of work experience in the construction of semiconductor production lines. He has helped with the construction and operation of TSMC’s Singapore 8-inch line, SMIC Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. 8-inch and 12-inch lines, etc.
Mr. G. Zhang has extensive work experience in the fields of project management, investment, and mergers and acquisitions. He has helped a company raise more than 5 billion yuan, as well as prepared and managed large-scale projects such as the Sino-US submarine optical cable projects in the United States and Canada.
Mr. K. Zhang is the manager of Hulu Mt. Peak LLC. He spent months in China to oversee the project operations and assisted in negotiating for the previous successful semiconductor projects.
